Please note that the address above is our registered business address only. It is not a shipping or return address. All orders are shipped from our fulfillment warehouse in the United States through third-party logistics partners. Return shipping addresses are provided separately when a return is approved.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories).

Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
The order cutoff time is 5:00 PM Eastern Time. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Customer Service Hours
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time.
We do not respond to inquiries on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: $5.99
  • Free Shipping: Orders of $39.00 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
  • Estimated Transit Time: 4–8 business days after the order has shipped.

Transit times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control. Delivery times do not include order processing time.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to monitor the delivery status of your package.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at service@dentrun.shop with your order number. We will assist in tracking the shipment and work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes after the order has shipped may not be possible.
